The Shell House provides fresh water inside the house and uses the latest in filtration systems to ensure it’s safety.
We have a beach shower for rinsing off sand & salt after the beach.
Use of Amenities
You are welcome to utilise equipment available at The Shell House such as beach equipment, kayaks, indoor & outdoor games etc, we just ask they are return cleaned to their storage after use.
Water - is determined by island rainfall so we appreciate your mindfulness to limit your water use.
BBQ - We provide a clean BBQ. If you use the BBQ please ensure that it is cleaned before you leave. If we need to clean the BBQ then a $50 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for cleaning.
Smoking - Our property is non-smoking. Please also be mindful of discarding anything on gardens, beaches or bushland.
Please ensure that children are supervised at all times when using equipment.
