At The Shell House, fresh water flows throughout the home, purified with the latest filtration systems to ensure it is clean and safe for your stay.

After a day of sun, sea, and sandy shores, refresh yourself under our outdoor beach shower—where you can rinse off the salt and sand while feeling the warm island breeze and taking in the serene coastal surroundings.

Use of Amenities

At The Shell House, we invite you to make the most of our available equipment, including beach gear, kayaks, and indoor & outdoor games. We simply ask that everything is cleaned and returned to its storage after use, so future guests can enjoy it too.

Water - As fresh water on the island depends on rainfall, we appreciate your mindfulness in conserving its use.

BBQ  - A clean BBQ is provided for your enjoyment. If used, please ensure it is cleaned before departure.

A $50 fee will be deducted from the security deposit if cleaning is required.

Smoking - The Shell House is a non-smoking property. Please also be mindful of disposing of waste responsibly to protect our gardens, beaches, and surrounding bushland.

For safety, please ensure children are supervised at all times when using equipment.
